Type of crops: Bell peppers, Cucumbers and Tomatoes

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks efficiently
The candidates should be physically fit for tasks that involve handling heavy loads and are physically demanding
The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods
The candidates should be able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling as part of their duties
The candidates should be capable of managing a large workload effectively
The candidates should be capable of lifting weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to perform clipping, deleafing, and clean greenhouses
The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, perform lowering, and maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
The candidates should be able to perform shoot positioning, be familiar with vertical farming systems, and report signs of insect or disease damage
The candidates should be able to clean the work area
