Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Truck or equipment experience: Road sweeper, Salt truck, Sanding truck, Snow transportation truck, Snowplough
Credentials:Â AZ class license, Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks), Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles), DZ class license
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated conditions and comfortable working in potentially dangerous environments
- The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions and be capable of working in noisy conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in environments with odors and in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, perform bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday, possess good hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required, be physically fit for tasks that are demanding and may require sitting for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work efficiently under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, have excellent oral and written communication abilities
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various situations and show initiative by taking proactive steps in tasks
- The candidates should be a team player, capable of collaborating effectively with others

- The candidates should be able to check, lubricate, refuel, and clean equipment
- The candidates should be able to operate various vehicles and equipment
