Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be adaptable to wet/damp working conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to endure hot working conditions
- The candidates should be resilient to cold or refrigerated working conditions
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment and be able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and have experience in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be physically fit and able to meet demanding physical requirements, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should possess effective hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods during work and be capable of walking as part of their job responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to hand-harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
