Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming, showcasing expertise in cultivating a variety of crops
• The candidates should be adaptable to wet or damp working conditions, demonstrating flexibility in different environments
• The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy environments, showcasing the ability to focus and perform in loud surroundings
• The candidates should be adaptable to areas with odors, demonstrating resilience in environments with distinct smells
• The candidates should be adaptable to dusty conditions, demonstrating resilience in environments with airborne particles
• The candidates should have experience in handling repetitive tasks, emphasizing precision and efficiency, and possess a keen attention to detail for accurate task execution and deliverables
• The candidates should be physically capable of meeting the demands of a physically demanding job, showcasing stamina, endurance, and the ability to comfortably sit, stand, and walk, adapting to various work postures
• The candidates should exhibit hand-eye coordination, the ability to distinguish between colors, and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, showcasing agility and flexibility in performing tasks

• The candidates should be able to clean crops, examine produce for quality, and prepare for the market
• The candidates should be able to hand-harvest vegetables, harvest crops, and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
• The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, and clean the work area
• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
