Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Power tools, Nail guns, and Precision measuring instrument

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions
• The candidates should be tolerant of noisy environments
• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail
• The candidates should be proficient in bending, crouching, and kneeling
• The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking in the workplace
• The candidates should demonstrate hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels
• The candidates should be able to record information on products inspected
• The candidates should be able to pack items for shipping and distribution
• The candidates should be able to reinforce assembled products with doweling or other supports
• The candidates should be able to inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards
• The candidates should be able to mark defective parts or products for repair
• The candidates should be able to trim, smooth, and shape surfaces
• The candidates should be able to make minor adjustments and repairs
