Salary: $16.71 hourly for 40 to 70 hours per week

Shifts: 07:30 to 18:00

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have experience in other miscellaneous crop farming activities
• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• The candidates should be accustomed to performing repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as part of their responsibilities
• The candidates should be physically fit and able to handle demanding physical tasks
• The candidates should be comfortable with activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to shear Christmas trees, harvest seedlings, and hoe crops
• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as perform shoot positioning
• The candidates should be able to sucker plants, tie crops, and weed fields
• The candidates should be able to harvest crops
