Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Bell peppers and tomatoes

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and adaptable to wet or damp working conditions
The candidates should be able to work in hot environments and capable of working in cold or refrigerated environments
The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and efficient in performing repetitive tasks
The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and managing physically demanding tasks, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and possessing hand-eye coordination
The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and walking, flexible in tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling
The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be experienced in cleaning crops, including tasks such as clipping, deleafing, and grading, and have proficiency in greenhouse cleaning
The candidates should possess the skills for hand harvesting vegetables and be knowledgeable in lowering techniques
The candidates should be capable of planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, with experience in suckering and tying
The candidates should be skilled in fertilizing and spraying crops, adept at harvesting crops, and able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
The candidates should have the ability to detect diseases and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
