Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning
Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Word processing software, Electronic mail, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and MS Outlook
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, demonstrating efficiency and accuracy in task completion
• The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as part of their responsibilities
• The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of their work
• The candidates should be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting for extended periods

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements
• The candidates should be able to study market research and trends, determining consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales
• The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• The candidates should be able to implement price and credit policies, develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
