Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should possess a college, CEGEP, or another non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting from 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization:Â Geriatrics
Credentials:Â Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work, CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
Security and safety:Â Criminal record check, Immunization records and Tuberculosis test
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and capable of working under pressure
- The candidates should be experienced in handling repetitive tasks and demonstrate a keen attention to detail
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking and be able to manage a large caseload
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
