Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, establish work schedules, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers
The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of staff, sell merchandise, and resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and organize and maintain inventory
