Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 70+ lbs./32+ kgs

- The candidates should be proficient in operating all equipment, software, and devices, and be able to train others in their usage
- The candidates should be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- The candidates should be capable of moving skids of packages to different areas as required
- The candidates should effectively communicate any issues with the OMS/Supervisors
- The candidates should have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- The candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- The candidates should be capable of searching for addresses on Google Maps or equivalent software for printing purposes
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages
- The candidates should be able to perform various inside clerical tasks
- The candidates should be able to primarily handle the packing, repacking, and correction of damaged packages
- The candidates should be able to perform other duties as assigned
- The candidates should be able to deliver outstanding customer service to customers and telephone inquiries by finding and processing DCR/DCOs requests (including those with an ICN)
- The candidates should be able to operate material and package handling equipment
- The candidates should be able to answer center phones and help resolve package concerns
- The candidates should be able to receive and accept parcels and packages for exception processing
- The candidates should be able to research and update DIS labels
- The candidates should be able to resolve any ECS packages that can be fixed using the DA system
- The candidates should be able to research mislabeled packages and call customers to validate address corrections
- The candidates should be able to perform E2DC corrections live for same-day delivery and process the opening and closing of ERN (International) packages
- The candidates should be able to conduct damage inspections of damaged packages and generate damage reports, retapes, and rewaps
- The candidates should be able to sort, scan, label, and secure parcels and packages on shelves for holds and inventory processing
- The candidates should be able to process/release futured packages for the next delivery date, pull and send back expired hold and will-call packages
- The candidates should be able to process expired COD packages and skid and shrink-wrap shipments awaiting resolution
- The candidates should be able to put packages on pallets or belts for sorters to scan and load onto package cars, trailers, and UPS aircraft
- The candidates should be able to maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with assistance
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and package dispatch operations environment
- The candidates should be able to perform package dispatch operation tasks including processing on-road exceptions and finding exceptions on driver package cars
- The candidates should be able to solve and maintain customer concerns/ECMs sent to the building via the SRC system
- The candidates should be able to work with/learn UPS in-house dispatch software based on AS/400 systems
