Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, Interact machine, price scanner
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and be capable of standing for extended periods effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a positive attitude
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate a cash register, process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, and scan items efficiently
- The candidates should be able to receive payment for goods or services, greet customers, and wrap or place merchandise in bags courteously
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
