Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication
• The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication skills and be effective team players, collaborating well with colleagues

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to organize and set up the bar, clean the bar area, and wash glassware
• The candidates should be able to clean the draft beer system and provide recommendations on drink selections
• The candidates should be able to collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages, record and balance beverage sales, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
• The candidates should be able to store beverage and food products, order bar stock, and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
• The candidates should be able to prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, and take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
