Salary: $19.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home, relocation costs covered by employer, and willing to relocate
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should not smoke
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads, prepared for physically demanding work, and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

- The candidates should prioritize punctuality and demonstrate dependability, possessing efficient interpersonal skills and showing initiative in their work
- The candidates should exercise sound judgment, be well-organized, and uphold strong values and ethics

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies, as well as wash windows, walls, and ceilings
