Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Accounting
Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software, Accounting software, Database software, Presentation software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, Electronic scheduler, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet
Security and safety: Criminal record check

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure
  • The candidates should be adept at meeting tight deadlines and capable of managing a large workload effectively

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare the general ledger accurately and journal entries in accordance with accounting principles
  • The candidates should be able to effectively manage accounts receivable and efficiently manage accounts payable
  • The candidates should be able to prepare a trial balance accurately and open/close books for auditors as required
  • The candidates should be able to prepare bank reconciliations in a timely manner and conduct banking transactions securely
  • The candidates should be able to prepare payroll accurately and on time, and invoice clients promptly and accurately
  • The candidates should be able to conduct credit and collections activities effectively and engage in costing and budgeting processes efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to prepare income tax documents accurately and perform foreign currency exchange transactions securely
  • The candidates should be able to store, update, and retrieve financial data accurately and perform clerical duties efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties as required and address customers’ complaints or concerns professionally
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory efficiently, prepare financial statements and reports accurately, and manage cash effectively
