Salary: $29.00 hourly for 37.5 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Edmonton, AB
Shifts: Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Public transportation is available
Work setting: Willing to relocate, relocation costs not covered by employer
Supervision: 1 to 2 people, and 3-4 people


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and possess attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a large workload

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and delegate work to office support staff
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines in carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • The candidates should be able to administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, process requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, and coordinate and plan for various office services
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate overall office administrative procedures
