Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

  • The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction and demonstrate excellent written communication skills
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to various situations and be organized in their approach to work

  • The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making, display adaptability to changing work conditions, and be quick learners with strong time management skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone, relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to supervise office and volunteer staff, recruit and hire staff, and plan and control the budget and expenditures
  • The candidates should be able to manage contracts, conduct research, and provide customer service
