Shifts: Day, Morning
Transportation information: Public transportation is available

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and be capable of handling repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be able to manage a large workload

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephones and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, as well as type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
