Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have a high level of attention to detail and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- They should excel in performing repetitive tasks and be able to work effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and reliability in their approach to tasks and fulfilling responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records, logs, and monitor personnel workloads and locations
- They should perform general office duties, provide customer service, and follow up on issues with work orders
- Additionally, the candidates should handle wake-up calls, keep track of shipments, maintain vehicle operator work records, and schedule assignments while coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
