Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel and MS Word

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multitask and be organized
  • The candidates should be team players and accurate

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to train other workers and answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
