Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively under tight deadlines, managing time and resources efficiently
  • The candidates should be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be organized, accurate, and team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel and related itineraries, make reservations, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinate the flow of information, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
