The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, coordinating with clients and colleagues as necessary, answer telephone calls promptly, and relay messages accurately to the appropriate recipients
  • The candidates should be able to respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner, provide relevant information or direct inquiries to the appropriate channels, and order office supplies as needed while maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure sufficient stock levels
  • The candidates should be able to greet visitors courteously, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail promptly to ensure important information reaches the intended recipients in a timely manner, and coordinate the flow of information within the office to ensure smooth and efficient communication
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
