Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation
Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, MS Office, Electronic mail, and Spreadsheet

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility and organizational skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate reliability and possess efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services, as well as assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence
