Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of secretarial or administrative experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to prioritize work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
- The candidate should have superior interpersonal, planning, time management, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- The candidate should be able to multi-task under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and coordinate projects to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have community college diploma/certificate in a related field, an equivalent combination of education and experience
- The candidate should have strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to proofread documents and write meeting summaries and other materials for both internal and external audiences, demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, tact, and discretion in all situations
- The candidate should have advanced PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with virtual meeting applications, proven skills and experience in the successful organization of events ranging from small to large scale
- The candidate should have strong financial skills and previous experience tracking expenditures and monitoring budgets, demonstrate a commitment to the principles of equity, inclusivity, respect, and social justice
- The candidate should demonstrate success working within inter-professional teams and in partnership with groups such as service providers, people with lived experience, and decision-makers
- The candidate should have familiarity with Ontario’s mental health and addiction system/services, knowledge of clinical or medical terminology and equipment
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to provide core administrative support as required to the Managers and Pharmacy Leadership Team members reporting to the Director
- The candidate should be able to liaise effectively with other internal CAMH departments (such as Finance, HR, IT, EVS, ENGIE, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Redevelopment, and the Research Office) to ensure consistency with CAMH administrative processes and requirements
- The candidate should be able to support the operational efficiency of the Inpatient, Outpatient, and Research Pharmacy services
