Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to coordinate administrative services, collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets
  • The candidates should be able to direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services, and direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
  • The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of staff, interview, hire, and provide training for staff, and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services, and prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
