Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and exhibit attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks, while also being reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry, train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and resolve conflict situations
  • The candidates should be able to monitor and evaluate, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, manage accounts receivable, and prepare reports and audit findings
  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
