Nolinor Aviation is specializing in customized passenger and cargo flights. Known for serving remote and industrial locations, it operates the largest fleet of Boeing 737-200s capable of landing on gravel and ice runways. Nolinor supports sectors like mining with flexible, reliable fly-in fly-out and cargo transport solutions. Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a DEP in the assembly of aerospace structures
Experience: Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications
  • The candidate should possess strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and predictability
  • The candidate should have familiarity with a variety of pneumatic, manual, and sheet-metal tools

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should demonstrate excellent judgment and strong attention to detail, be proficient in French, both spoken and written
  • The candidate should have a good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, in order to read technical manuals

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to identify and adjust aircraft structural systems in accordance with specifications, technical drawings, manuals, and established procedures
  • The candidate should be able to repair and modify aircraft structural systems, and perform the manufacturing, assembly, and machining of aluminum and composite parts
  • The candidate should be able to conduct routine maintenance tasks and provide accurate reporting, promptly inform the supervisor of any irregularities encountered during work tasks
  • The candidate should ensure all work is completed in compliance with Nolinor Aviation’s quality standards, policies, procedures, and relevant aviation regulations
  • The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to meet work schedules and deadlines, maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • The candidate should actively promote the quality management system and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement
