- The candidates should be able to load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort, and stock packages efficiently and accurately
- The candidates should be able to utilize heavy machinery, if necessary, to complete tasks
- The candidates should be able to perform other assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should learn and properly execute UPS package handling methods
- The candidates should load and unload UPS packages into trailers or package cars with precision and care
