Wild Rose Shows Inc based in Spruce Grove, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Amusement park attendant. Wild Rose Shows Inc is a family-run travelling carnival that has been bringing amusement to western Canada for 50 years. We operate April through September. We are committed to provide customized service that is practical and results oriented. We work closely with our diverse client base to provide exceptional one-on-one service. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $20.50 to $22.50 hourly (to be negotiated) 30 to 46 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible Hours
Transportation information: Travel expenses paid by employer
Work setting: Amusement park, Staff accommodation available, Various locations
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, flexible, reliable, and judgmental.
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to set up rides and amusements, operate rides and amusements
- The candidates should be able to perform maintenance on rides and equipment
- The candidates should be able to assist patrons on and off rides, secure and release safety belts and bars
- The candidates should be able to drive trucks, vans and other vehicles to transport amusement rides, games and other attractions to amusement attraction sites
- The candidates should be able to maintain clean and safe work environment
