Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 8 to 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Part time leading to full time

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Own vehicle and Own transportation
Work setting: Kennel
Types of pets groomed: All breeds of dogs
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Animal specialization: Domestic animals/pets (cats, kittens, puppies, dogs, etc.), Hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, etc
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have a keen attention to detail, be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and excel in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should uplift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus, exhibit dependability, possess efficient interpersonal skills, excel in oral communication, demonstrate flexibility, exercise sound judgment, maintain reliability, and embody a strong team player mentality
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to perform various tasks related to animal care, including bathing, feeding, and cleaning enclosures
- The candidate should be able to have the capability to supervise helpers and maintain supplies necessary for proper care
- The candidate should be able to clean and disinfect cages, pens, and other animal living spaces, as well as providing grooming services such as ear cleaning and nail clipping
