Walsh Farms Inc is a family owned and operated grain handling business since 1985. We have many years of experience in this industry and are well-known in the community. We have 20 tractor-semis serving the area farmers assisting them with getting their grain from the field to our facility. We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning and Morning
Work setting: Rural area
Work site environment: Candidates should work in fruit and vegetable combination farming, outdoors, at heights, wet/damp, dusty and hot place
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Type of crops: Apples and Strawberries
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be physically strong, a combination of sitting, standing, walking and also have hand-eye co-ordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment and also be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able for budding trees, fruit trees training, shoot positioning, stone and/or wood picking and also weeding
- The candidate should be able to hoe crops, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops and also harvest crops
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
