Salary: $13.60 hourly for 40 hours per 40 to 66 hours per week

Location: Kentville, NS
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Morning, 07:00 to 18:30
Work setting: Staff accommodation available, staff accommodation provided, rural area

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: The candidates should have clear criminal records.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in fruit and vegetable combination farm, outdoors, heights, wet/damp, and hot area.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized and be able to work as a team player.
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops.
- The candidates should be able to collect and clean the field from stone and/or wood.
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, and examine produce for quality and prepare for market.
