Salary: $26.00 to $29.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Work setting: Various locations, Commercial, Industrial
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and in a noisy and potentially dangerous environment
- The candidates should be accustomed to working outdoors in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting, capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, and able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload, willing to work overtime when required, familiar with performing repetitive tasks, and able to handle loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and reliability
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should function as effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level, install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools, and install sheet metal flashings
- The candidates should be able to install, repair, or replace a single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic compositions
- The candidates should be able to operate hoisting and lifting equipment
