Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in employee and performance management

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • The candidates should be physically capable of pushing and pulling wheeled dollies loaded with up to 100 pounds of product during shifts

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess  or equivalent, or have at least 2 years of full-time (blue badge) experience at Amazon
  • The candidates should have at least 1 year of experience working with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to support, mentor, and motivate an hourly workforce to ensure team effectiveness and engagement
  • The candidate should be able to manage and uphold safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery standards
  • The candidate should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to align with business objectives
  • The candidate should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach as part of daily responsibilities
  • The candidate should be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, work in environments with varying noise levels, including loud settings
  • The candidate should be able to perform duties in variable temperatures and weather conditions, including outdoor loading areas, continuously climb and descend stairs
