Work setting: Various locations, Rural area and Urban area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Asbestos abatement training, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Driver’s License (Class 1 or A), Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, accustomed to working at heights, and able to work in confined spaces
- The candidates should be familiar with working in dusty environments and capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, possessing a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs) efficiently

- The candidates should exhibit reliability in meeting commitments
- The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration with colleagues
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability in fulfilling responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work
