Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically demanding
- The candidates should be proficient in hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliable
- The candidates should be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assemble prefabricated parts, small transformers, small electrical motors, and transmissions
- The candidates should be able to assemble small and large household electrical appliances, circuit breakers, switches, or other electrical control equipment, and position and fasten components into assembly casings
- The candidates should be able to collect, record, and summarize inspection results, wind coils and armatures for small electric motors and transformers, and perform minor repairs to items rejected from the production line
