Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and Critical care nurse/nursing
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Credentials: CPR Certificate, and Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures and ensure that quality nursing care is provided
- The candidates should be able to supervise registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other nursing personnel, as well as provide acute care management
