Shifts: Day, Weekend, Flexible Hours
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as needed
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on meeting client needs and be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
- The candidates should display flexibility in adapting to various situations and be organized in managing tasks and priorities
- The candidates should be effective team players, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and set staff work schedules while monitoring staff performance
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
