Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of Retail Management experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all applicable health and sanitation requirements to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock
- The candidates should have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees
- The candidates should demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- The candidates should have the ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have proficiency in computer knowledge, with a preference for Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
- The candidates should have a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintaining automobile liability insurance during employment
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to effectively oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandise replenishment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to optimize store performance
- The candidates should be able to lead and motivate a team of store employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a positive work environment, excellent customer service, and adherence to operational standards
- The candidates should be able to analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and other relevant data to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving overall business objectives for the 7-Eleven store
