Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have experience in IT sales

  • The candidate should have experience navigating prospective accounts up to a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to achieve all input and output goals, including sourcing contacts, qualifying leads, completing customer calls, scheduling meetings, and creating opportunities
  • The candidate should be able to drive new business growth by acquiring customers through both one-to-many and one-to-one outbound campaigns, as well as qualifying inbound opportunities from marketing and partner channels
  • The candidate should be able to expand service breadth and consumption within the existing customer base through account planning and territory management
  • The candidate should be able to accurately track sales activity and develop a sales pipeline using CRM tools (such as Salesforce), including leveraging self-service reporting tools
  • The candidate should be able to innovate new and creative methods to engage new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers
  • The candidate should be able to understand each customer’s technology footprint, technical challenges, and business objectives to tailor solutions effectively
