Station Touristique Massif du Sud is providing cozy accommodations and warm hospitality to ensure a comfortable stay for every guest. Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 1989 ruoute du Massif, Saint-Philémon, QC G0R 4A0
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning, 07:00 to 16:30
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, Own transportation
Work setting: Ski centre/resort


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be physically demanding
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
  • The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
  • The candidates should be able to work in outdoors

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be client focus, organized, initiative, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to operate ski lifts
  • The candidates should be able to monitor safety area
  • The candidates should be able to provide instruction and assistance to skiers on surface lift techniques and loading and unloading of chair lifts
  • The candidates should be able to assist with the loading and unloading of skiers with special needs
  • The candidates should be able to utilize radio and on-hill communication systems
  • The candidates should be able to handle emergency situations
  • The candidates should be able to assist with ski lift and snow maintenance operations
