Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Auto body painting
Area of work experience: Body components, doors and frame, frame straightening, front end components, interior components, metal cutting, paint spraying, underbody components, uni body machine, and welding
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Bondable, driving record check (abstract), and criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in dusty environments and able to work in noisy conditions
- The candidates should also be tolerant of various odors
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically capable of meeting demands, and have attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed, be willing to work overtime, and be comfortable standing for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, show initiative, and exhibit good judgment
- The candidates should be reliable and team players
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports, inspect repaired vehicles, and plan repair work to be performed
- The candidates should demonstrate professionalism in customer service, test drive vehicles for proper handling, and clean and maintain workspace
- The candidates should be able to instruct apprentices, replace front end components, body components, doors, frame, and underbody components, and file, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired
- The candidates should be able to mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers, and remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
- The candidates should be able to apply primers and repaint surfaces, repair or replace interior components, and repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs
- The candidates should be able to mix paint, blend, and match colors, operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, and straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
