Salary: $40.00 hourly 40 to 45 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people, Mechanical repairers (motor vehicle manufacturing), Motor vehicle body repairers, and Trades helpers
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments as part of their job duties
- The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering results
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding role
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with others, and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, able to articulate ideas and information clearly and persuasively
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and tasks, exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem-solving situations, and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently
- The candidates should be team players, capable of working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports, supervise workers and projects, coordinate and schedule activities, and estimate costs and materials
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, recommend personnel actions, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, coordinate work activities with other work units, resolve work problems, and recommend measures to improve productivity
