Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Food allergy and anaphylaxis training
Experience with special needs children: Children with allergies
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Shop for food and household supplies
- The candidates should be able to wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, care for pets
- The candidates should be able to discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- The candidates should be able to instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, prepare and serve nutritious meals
- The candidates should be able to supervise and care for children, tend to emotional well-being of children
- The candidates should be able to help children with homework
