Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers accurately and accept payments in various forms including cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings, and describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers in a clear and engaging manner
- The candidates should be able to provide recommendations and advise customers on menu selections based on their preferences and dietary requirements, and clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining environment
- The candidates should be able to take orders from customers efficiently and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff for preparation, and provide excellent customer service by attending to customers’ needs, addressing any concerns or inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience
