Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange the bar area to make attractive displays
- The candidates should be able to clean the bar area and wash glassware
- The candidates should be able to clean the draft beer system
- The candidates should be able to collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages
- The candidates should be able to order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
- The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- The candidates should be able to prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- The candidates should be able to take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
