Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Cleaning
Computer and technology knowledge: Social Media, Spreadsheet
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, even under pressure, while being comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork capabilities
- They should demonstrate the ability to multitask, effective time management skills, and maturity
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to provide basic information to clients and the public
- The candidates should be able to obtain and process information required to provide customer service

- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments
- The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry
