Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have previous customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work within strict timelines in order to maintain on-time departures and be eligible to work in Canada and proven problem resolution skills and the ability to effectively multi-task and be available to work in shifts

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be available to attend and successfully pass a five (5) to six (7) weeks full-time paid training program and excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • The candidates should be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations. Please refer to Transport Canada site for more details

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to conduct customer check-in and prepare and issue boarding passes
  • The candidates should be able to assist pre-boarding customers and provide information on flight schedules and routes
  • The candidates should be able to assist customers requiring special assistance throughout the customer journey, ensuring their timely and safe transport to their designated gates or baggage claims
  • The candidates should be able to actively move throughout the airport to attend to the assigned work area
