Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and possess manual dexterity
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks, able to stand for extended periods, and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their work approach, show initiative, and exhibit reliability
- The candidates should be team players, demonstrating flexibility in their work approach and showing initiative
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment efficiently, while also checking and weighing materials and products accurately
- The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products proficiently, while assisting machine operators, assemblers, and other workers diligently
- The candidates should be capable of performing other laboring and elemental activities as required, including cleaning machines and immediate work areas systematically
