Salary: $43.64 hourly for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Construction, Commercial and Industrial
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear and Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of handling physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable with activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction and exhibit reliability in meeting job responsibilities
- The candidates should be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units, and lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide veneer facing
- The candidates should be able to construct and install prefabricated masonry units, build patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations, and work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages
- The candidates should be able to cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools, instruct apprentices, and lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces
- The candidates should be able to restore, clean, or paint existing masonry structures
